- Plan check for a new home takes 3–6 months in most Peninsula cities. Start the paperwork early.
- Wildfire-zone lots (WUI) have stricter material requirements — factor that into the budget up front.
- We can join at the plan stage and price the project before you finish design. It prevents expensive surprises.
