Plumbing
We run our own plumbing on our construction jobs — rough-in through finish — and we take on standalone plumbing work too. Repipes, water heater replacements, sewer line repairs, gas lines and fixture upgrades. Because plumbing is in-house, remodel schedules do not stall waiting on a sub, and standalone customers get contractor-grade work with a real license behind it.
What's Included
- Rough and finish plumbing for remodels and additions
- Whole-house repipes (copper and PEX)
- Water heater replacement, including tankless
- Sewer line repair and replacement
- Gas line installation and repair
- Fixture installation and upgrades
Typical Timeline
Most standalone jobs take 1–3 days. Whole-house repipes run about a week including patching.
Good to Know
- Water heaters, repipes and gas work need permits. We pull them — unpermitted work bites you at resale.
- Homes from the 1950s–70s often have original galvanized pipe. Low pressure is the usual first symptom.
- Going tankless usually means upsizing the gas line. We quote the whole scope, not just the unit.
